2. I love singing!
My “amateur” singing career started when I was in grade school/junior high where I sang in the junior choir at church. I then joined the adult choir, sang for the chorus during high school. I currently sing in my praise band at church and love harmonizing.

I have been a PT for over 25 years and it has been a rewarding career to help so many people regain strength and mobility.
5. I rehabbed our golden retriever, Buddy, after he was hit by a garbage truck (we rescued him).
When we got Buddy, he had just had surgery to repair his right hip. He had fractures in both hips but the left hip was healing on his own. I taught him how to walk again, go up/down stairs/curbs.

Yes, you read that right, I am a commercial hot air balloon pilot. I’ve been a pilot for over 30 years. One of my more memorable flights was doing a splash n dash in the Rio Grande in Albuquerque, NM.
7. My family has always had dogs.
We had poodles when I was growing up, Snoopy and Cuddles. After college, I got my first golden retriever, Dudley. People would say he was part human because he had such a large vocabulary. We also had Buddy and currently we have an English Creme golden named Riley. He lives the life of Riley!!

I truly enjoyed sailing, being on the open water. I took 2 trips to the BVI (British Virgin Islands), with a group of people and sailed with a flotilla for 10 days.
9. The only places I have traveled outside of the country are the Bahamas and the BVI.
I love traveling, but have never really traveled abroad. We recently took a trip out west and went to 5 national parks in CO/UT. My goal is to go to as many as possible.
10. I camped as a kid and we recently bought a travel trailer and are camping again.
Camping as a family when we were growing up was the highlight of our summers. Now that Rob and I are retired, we are planning to travel cross country and see as many of the national parks as we can.
